Breastfed Baby not Pooping

My daughter is 6 weeks, and has been strictly breastfed since she was born. SHE DOESNT POOP, she pooped out all the black poop (her first poop) before we went home from the hospital and maybe everyday for the first week she was home and then she just stopped. We have been using suppositories when her tummy gets hard bc she seems so uncomfortable, we gave her a lag suppository a week ago and she hast pooped since then. Is this normal? I feel bad 🥺

I would certainly call her pediatrician, even though they told me infants aren’t considered constipated until they haven’t pooped for 2 weeks. Did they suggest the suppositories?

My baby is backed up too, and I think it is a joke how they have that two week rule. My baby is in pain and uncomfortable.. bicycle legs, warm baths, stimulating the butt with a warm cotton ball.. gas drops even though he’s still able to pass gas and burp I went to the pediatrician and they gave me probiotics but not working.

Contact her pediatrician asap, who recommended the suppositories?

I had a constipated baby, and I took her to the chiropractor, and it changed everything! He showed me how to activate the ileocecal valve at home to keep her regular. She eventually grew out of needing help, but it was useful for a few months and relieved a lot of pain for her.
