My baby been diagnosed with eczema what is the best laundry soap and baby soap I been using dreft with his clothes.. but Johnson bath soap.

Detergent should be a “free and clear” type. No fragrances so Dreft is probably not good. We like Pipette body wash and Aveeno lotion. Our dermatologist recommended showers instead of baths. If they are sitting in a bath full of soap it will irritate the skin and you could never really rinse all the soap off. Showers helped her skin a lot
