no matter how long or positive of a relationship someone had with her boyfriend/husband would you tell her to leave him if he screamed at her while she was holding a child?

I see a lot of people who say their men are good men even after screaming at them. if it happens once is it an isolated even or does that just mean it's more likely to happen again? if things have been building up and he snaps is it inevitable that it's going to happen again? If you yourself or someone you love had a sudden switch flip in their partner would you automatically tell them to leave???
