Pls tell me if this is anything of concern

Sooo my son just turned 1 not long ago and I’ve noticed he feels his tongue with his fingers, it’s like he wants to take it out 😂 what is this? Like he sticks it out and feels it, anyone else and then when he realises it’s not moving he gets upset 😅
