When your audhd child finds out he can't find his ear defenders whilst the dog is barking cause your daughter is doing her hair 🙈 trying to stay calm and help your child retrace their steps but thinks they are lost forever and we in close to meltdown territory. Whilst trying to keep your audhd self calm. Because you can't remember what happened between them playing outside and coming in yesterday. Thankfully I come outside for the 5th time and find them on his bike 🙈🤣 meltdown avoided
