Whooping cough jab reaction

I had my whooping cough jab on Friday was pretty much painless at the time but since the lump is getting bigger more painful and a red mark at the jab site is getting bigger and a bit hot to touch its been done on my left arm which obviously is the side you’re recommended to sleep on while pregnant and the side I sleep on anyways so this combo is pretty rough unsure if I’m being dramatic but I don’t remember it being this painful with my first pregnancy not that long ago 🥲
