Hand,foot,mouth

My son has picked up HFM from nursery. We are about day 4 of it.

He hasn’t had a fever and nothing in his mouth but has a rash round it, all over his bottom and legs and then a few blisters on his fingers and toes.

Any tips on how best to handle it to make him more comfortable? (we are already giving calpol and piriton)
