18 weeks movements

2nd time mum with anterior placenta - wondering if it’s normal to feel baby some days and not at all on others when it’s this early? Didn’t feel first until well past 20weeks. So getting really anxious when it all goes quiet.

I dont have an anterior placenta and I have been having sporadic movement. First few days that I felt movement, i felt it 2 nights on the trot and then 2 days of nothing. I got so anxious then felt movement and cried happy tears. I felt movement in the day time for the first time today. I don't remember it being like this with my first but maybe because its much earlier. My midwife said that sporadic movement and having days of non movement is normal upto 24 weeks. X

I'm 19+3 and only started feeling them very randomly the last week, normally only when I'm sitting very still (so not often with a toddler 😅) or in bed before I got to sleep and it's not every day at all. Sometimes I'm even not sure if it's gas or baby aha. It's probably happening more and I'm just not noticing as it's so faint! I had anterior placenta and didn't feel anything properly until 24 weeks last time so I'm not worried, when it's early it's super normal to be irregular x
