I’m 9 weeks pp and exclusively breastfeeding, I’m so hungry 😂 is this normal, before I was pregnant I wasn’t a huge eater, usually just lunch and dinner and the odd snack but now I just want to snack all the time. Looking for snack ideas that will keep me fuller for longer and are a bit healthier. Please help

I’m exactly the same I can’t stop eating 🤣🤦🏼♀️
I’ve tried to stay as healthy when I can, sometimes the cravings are too much haha.
Loads of protein yoghurts, overnight oats with fruit are good too. Even hard boiled eggs. I read protein and carbs are the best when breastfeeding, so maybe even some protein bread for some toast maybe? I’ve started adding electrolytes to my water too, because I think sometimes I can mistake dehydration for hunger, so feel like they keep my hydration topped up, even though I’m drinking litres and litres of water/juice a day 🤦🏼♀️ x
