Packing Labor Bag...
Finally getting around to packing my labor bag as if I'm not past due 😅 Please let me know if you'd recommend adding anything.

A FAN and a folder to keep all of yours and baby’s info and paperwork! I was so hot in the hospital and especially when I was giving birth they had to crack a pad ice back and put it on my head… I also loved having my own blanket and pillow
definitely way more diapers! also i highly recommend dermaplast and the frida mom parineal foam, they helped so much with the pain. also are you planning to breastfeed?? if you are i recommend bringing nursing bras, a good nipple butter, and a nursing pillow
I second this ! I also brought nipple shields and they were a blessing trying to get him to latch since my nips hadn’t “popped” yet
