Tolerance

Hey mama’s. So I’m almost 8 months pp with my first baby. I used to smoke heavily before I got pregnant, I obviously stopped when I found out. Two months after I had my son I tried getting back into it but it makes me feel tired asf and paranoid 😂. I hit the dab pen here and there but I really want to get back into smoking again, I just hate smoking actual weed because of how paranoid and how quickly I get high. How can I work on building my tolerance again?

Just ease into it! Maybe a hit here and there and make sure to have something to keep your mind busy and your hands! So that anxiety gets expressed if that makes sense and it makes your brain chill out a bit.

hey mama ! I used to smoke the grass everyday multiple times a day. when I found out I was pregnant I stopped and didn’t start again until 2 months post partum. My tolerance coming back was so bad, my first hit after I literally started having a panic attack and went running crying to my husband. Theres really no other way to build the tolerance than hitting it more often. Now I am not crying or anything and I enjoy the high.
