36 weeks…

I don’t get it 😣 I elevate my feet and my shins are split and tight. My feet are still puffy too. Any solutions?

Staying hydrated is important but you do need to retain water either with the liquids or a snack so your body doesn't want to go in overdrive and holding in the water retention. Definitely a late 3rd trimester symptom that is important to monitor and tell your OB about
