My baby boy is getting only formula since month 2, he was gaining weight really slowly but gaining, 2 weeks ago we went to the pediatrician for his 4 months vaccines and notice he only gained .2 lbs, so basically from may to June he didn't gained any weight, he is 12.5lb now, was 12.3, the pediatrician on April said he was doing fine and could let him sleep 6hrs straight in the night, now they want me to go back and feed him every 3hrs at night and 2 hrs at day but my baby isn't really interested to eat that often, he gets 4oz every feeding, gets around 30-32 oz a day, anyone having the same issue? I feel like a bad mom, I wish I could just give him breast milk, he is an active and happy baby so I don't understand what's wrong.

Our little girl (preemie) is on a high calorie formula. Don’t blame yourself, your breastmilk most likely wouldn’t be giving him any more caloric value than the formula.
Maybe ask your pediatrician about switching to a higher calorie formula?
