Is anyone's formula fed babies on 6oz bottles yet? My girl was born on the 10th April and finishes her bottle usually has a little bit of milk come up but lately keeps putting her fist in her mouth even after feeding/winding and doesn't settle very easy in the day I'm wondering if I need to up her to 6oz

My baby was born 12th April - drinks 6oz every 3-4 hours during the day and just the one bottle during the night. X

She could have just found her hands! You could always offer 6oz and see what she does x

My mom

Omg, my mom is straight up annoying me. To the point where I just want to give her my baby and move on with my life (I’m married and have one child lol)

She literally thinks she’s the mother of my child. She keeps making comments saying I should start solids with my 5 month old soon to be 6, but he’s not even sitting up by himself yet. I told her he’s my baby and I’m the mother not her. I told her she already had her kids and did what she wanted, now let me do me.

Yesterday we went to get out pedicure and my baby was looking at me and smiling at me when she was holding him and the pedicurist said “aww he knows who mama is” and she said “yeah he’s always happy when I hold him” 💀 I wanna tell her off and I already did but man she’s doing too much. She takes care of him while I go to work so she literally sees him more than I do and STILL wants to see him on my days off when she should be doing something else.

Like I love how she loves my son but damn let me breathe as a mother.

Baby waking up

Does anyone else's baby have a sixth sense?! Anytime I get up to use the toilet in the middle of the night or try start my day before she wakes, she wakes up. But when its her Dad doing the same or getting ready for work, not a peep!

Dream feeds?

Does anyone do formula dream feeds when they go to bed & Does it work?
My LO is 12 weeks and sleeps around 7 hours on the first stretch (sometimes up to 10hr sometimes 5hrs) but with his bedtime that makes it around 3am - I wondered if offering a ‘dreamfeed’ like huckleberry suggested would help extend so he could maybe start going longer or even sleeping through til morning but im scared i mess his routine up or i wake him too much and he thinks its morning or something, sleep is a fragile beast haha

Formula on holiday

Has anyone travelled to Majorca recently with a baby on Kendamil Ready-to-Feed?

We’re staying near Cala d’Or and I’m trying to work out the best option. My main worry is the night feeds as my baby still has at least two feeds overnight, so I don’t know what my best option is. We use a prep machine at home!

Any tips or experiences would be really appreciated!

20 month old boy hitting himself in the head a lot.

Is that normal? Is it some kind of developmental milestone?

Night shift🍼👶🏽

Currently in another night shift of cluster feeding my baby girl. Anyone else up?🌚

It has not been easy dealing with the sleep deprivation😅 but I’ve started getting prepared for my shifts lol.

Got my snacks, tea and looking for a show to watch.

No.1 tip to survive is get plenty pillows (and a breastfeeding one too of you haven’t) and be in a comfy position first. Your back and shoulders will thank you!
