How to style hair in hot weather

Hey!
So my daughter has very curly hair, it’s ringlets with some coils and looser curls… pretty much just a very random curl pattern at the moment.

When it’s hot the curls tighten and go short but the front curls always fall down in front of her face.

I am taking her on holiday next month when she will be one - we are going Spain and weather temp is likely to be around 30degrees Celsius. I’ve noticed when she’s hot her hair annoys her and she’s always trying to brush away it from her face with her hands so I want to try and help with that whilst away. She will be wearing hats during the day so I was wondering if anyone could give me some styles that I can do her hair in that would work well under hats and keep it out her face??

And what sort of bobbles are best to use.
