Today I went to my 37 week appointment and I got the infamous cervical check. And I got great news in my opinion at least. I am 3cm dilated and 50% effaced. Now im really going to try to get natural labor started! I do have my induction date set for July the 6th. I want to try anything to get this baby out naturally before any medications come into play. My dr said it herself I’m full term and eligible to try anything to get labor started. So if any of you guys have any advice to get labor started that would be so great honestly! And not to be harsh but I don’t need to be told that it’s not safe to wait it out till I’m 39 weeks none of that pleaseeee. I’m going based off of what my dr said. With that being said does anyone have advice pls I’m in pain and ready for my baby to be here😩🫶🏼

My understanding is that most of the things have some evidence for shortening early labor, but not starting contractions which is what induces labor. But nipple stimulation can start contractions. If you want to go that route I would look up some of the research on how it was shown to be effective. I don't remember how often or how long but I remember thinking it was more than I expexpected
Curb walking or going up and down on the stairs for like 30 min try a few times a day
