Emergency. Need help from some tenured mommas!!

Baby has a 2nd degree tongue tie and a good lip tie to boot. She seems to be feeding well- anyone have positive results fixing it with Chiropractor alone?
She’s down 5 oz from birth, not an actual emergency and she’s still within her 10%. But it makes me pressured to go ahead and see a specialist to have her lip and or tongue tie clipped to make sure she’s getting all the feed she can. The procedure is expensive out of pocket- but more worried about doing what’s best

Check out the vessel on IG (they have a course called vital baby) and another account called for the love of breastfeeding. They have bodywork sequences you can do at home in addition to chiro. If babe is feeding and not in pain that’s amazing news and I wouldn’t be exploring surgical intervention.

My daughter had a lip tie. We didn’t know until she was a year old. I first found out when she was 2 months but they told me it was a tongue tie and then when I took her to the dentist they told us what it actually was. My daughter was fine for that first year of life. We didn’t cut it until earlier this year and honestly it didn’t make a difference. Idk if keeping it would’ve affected speech though as she wasn’t talking yet and the dentist told us it could be cut at any point in her life but I’d also recommend doing it early too cause the massages were a struggle since she moved so much

At what age do you think having sex in the same room as your awake child becomes sexual abuse?

The other post got me thinking. At some point this is just straight sexual abuse. But at what age would you classify it as

Baby doesn't want to be held but also won't self-soothe?

Alright, I need advice for my 6 month old. What do we do when our babies give all the sleepy ques and yet when you try to get them down for a nap nothing works?

I do a naptime song every time we are getting ready for a nap, nurse (which sometimes gets them to sleep), but when I put them down to sleep they start fussing, when I try rocking no matter what way I hold them is correct, I try just laying with them and this doesn't help either cause they just start crying.

I know they are trying to crawl right now and that makes sleep and naps super funky. I don't want to cry it out either. But omg this drives me bonkers and gets me sooo frustrated cause like idk how to help you go to sleep!😵‍💫🫠

Last question! Did anyone get Whooping cough and RSV jab on the same day?

I had to make an appointment today for both my Whopping Cough and RSV jab as I am told I am "behind" in these. So I have an appointment Thursday to have both done at the same time, has anyone else done this? I had a whooping cough jab last pregnancy, but not RSV.

Getting a haircut when exclusively breastfeeding

So I'm a new Mum and I am DESPERATE for a haircut. I was meant to get one before my baby was born but baby decided to make an early appearance. My hair is now 2 months overdue for a cut and it really shows 😭 I've been struggling with my appearance since having a baby and I feel anxious about going out. Does anyone have any tips on how to handle a hair appointment with a baby and breastfeeding?
