Anyone else feel like they cannot BREATHE in this UK heatwave?

I don’t have a fan or anything. My room is 33 degrees, i feel suffocated by this heat!

Me! Our bedroom is stifling! Think I’m going to sleep on our kitchen tiles in a minute 😂

The air has finally cooled down enough to have slightly less warm air coming in but I do have a fan which is helping to keep the rook at 25.7

I might sleep downstairs tonight😂
