My baby is almost 6 months old but still wakes up every 2.5–3 hours at night

I’m exhausted 😩

I do bedtime bath, keep the room cool, white noise, formula-fed.

What did you do that actually helped your baby sleep through the night? How many nap day?Any tips worked for you?

I wish I had some tips. My baby gets up every 45 minutes throughout the night. I think we just have to accept the exhaustion 🫩

Sorry no tips, maybe we start a group chat so we’re not alone!! We are in same boat. I was EBF but now have to pump over night so my husband can feed because i am also working and it wasn’t going well.

every baby is different and needs different things - what worked the best for us (and he still wakes up sometimes) is gradually shifting night feeds into days by giving baby less and less ounces overnight (and hopefully more and more during the day)
they will still likely wake up out of habit for a bit but at some point they will stop and sleep longer stretches🤞

My baby has always slept more than “usual” I guess you could say. The one thing I noticed is she always packed her calories on in the day time and I kinda just went with it. I also always try to get her fresh air or going someplace daily even if it’s a quick run for milk. If we can’t get out of the house I make sure she gets extra tummy time or extra time in her jumper. She sleeps 8-8:30pm to 7-7:30am. During the day she drinks 4 six ounce bottles and one thing of baby food at dinner time when we eat. I would do what said and try to lessen the night bottles and add them to the day time.
