If I only use half the pre made bottle and put the rest in the fridge straight away, what are the guidelines to reheat it etc? It says it can be used within 24hrs but Can you leave it out at room temp after putting it in the fridge or does it have to be warmed and drunk immediately?

I use an opened bottle of pre-maid Kendamil within the 24 hours otherwise I discard (the opened bottle is left in the fridge during this period). Once warmed and a feed started, I offer the remaining feed within the hour or discard. Once warmed you have two hours to use the formula but if you start a feed you only have an hour-something to do with bacteria being introduced after contact with saliva . Not sure if that answers your question?

Oh I see. I am not sure, I would say not. I don't keep mine in the fridge until opened as they are kept on the shelves in the shops.

Sorry I misread your comment. I have given the milk at room temperature without warming plenty of times with my 1st child but the bottle had not been refrigerated beforehand.
