Hey mamas I’m 28 week I’m leaking a little do I just leave it or should I manual pump also they are a bit itchy? Any suggestions is that normal

Do not pump that early but you can manually express with your hands when you get clearance from a dr usually around 35-36 weeks. In the meantime you can passively collect droplets with syringes and collection cups
