I do this with my spouse occasionally, it truly means nothing when I do it so I tend to assume it means nothing when other people do it

At my age I’m confusing names left & right. I really don’t mean any harm.

I actually to this alot. And I have zero feelings towards my ex either positive or negative. So I wouldn't get mad

My husband is lucky he can’t have a slip up because his ex and I have the same name 💀 (yes we thought it was a little weird at first lol)
