So ive recently come to the conclusion that if its over 23° mes are pretty useless 🤣 ( obviously abit of a joke and 'not all men')
Well im a ginger, were pretty known for not handling heat well and burning
Well everytime ive gone out in heat with either my brother or partner all ive heard is ive got a headache its too hot, my partner even handed me the baby earlier saying its too hot he cant hold him

I live in the southern united states and handling the combo of heat and humidity is kind of a point of pride here lol. That mixed with a culture that often encourages traditional masculine behavior, we have had so many people who would end up passing out before admitting they are overheated (myself included 🫣)

I've heard that men handle dry heat better because they sweat more, which is cooling, whereas women handle humid heat better, because sweating doesn't make a difference when it's humid enough 🫠
Of course we have more hormonal fluctuations that can make the heat harder to tolerate. I'm always cold, I love the heat, but being pregnant during the summer had me HOT in a way I've never felt before or since

Of the people around me, definitely the women, without a doubt🤣

My husband loves and thrives in the heat. I think it depends on the men and what they’re use to.

It’s actually scientifically proven that women suffer with the heat more

My Aussie husband is indoors now literally hugging a fan and whinging.
My Irish arse is soaking up vitamin D in an attempt to soak up a whole year of sun before it vanishes again 🤣
