Sterilising
Ive just done a preemptive wash and sterilise of all the bits ive got and i have no clue how im supposed to put the teats back into the bottle without touching them after they've been washed and sterilised? If I do touch it do i then need to re-sterilise?

No, just wash your hands well before you reassemble is what the health visitor told me.
Just wash your hands with hot soapy water and it’s fine
