Teething tips

i have twin girls that grow several teeth at a time. what are some tips to help them i’ve tried refrigerating/freezing teethers but one doesn’t like to hold the cold toy the other cries like it’s too cold. i’ve tried celery and the onion things since those are supposed to do something but it doesn’t work for them. i’m struggling i want the crying to stop what did you do to help your LO

I crushed some dried cloves with alcohols and filter it, rub it in their gums. It helps but do it just once or twice a day. The drops on amazon also help but the cloves are stronger in my opinion. I also give my baby the white part of the green onion and seems to help (3x a day)
