Exclusively pumping pain

Any other exclusive pumpers have nipple pain? I used to breastfeed directly and didn’t have this problem, but my nipples feel permanently sore. I’ve even sized down my flanges but they are still sore constantly? Am I doing something wrong or this is just average for pumpers??

Have you actually measured your nipples, it sounds like your flange isn't fitting right either to small or to big can cause soreness, defo use a good nipple cream too I use the my expert midwife nipple balm which has been amazing.
