I’ve created ‘The Rise Collective’ a sisterhood for us mums to make genuine friendships, get out more, try new things and have something to look forward to.

Don’t worry… it’s not one of those overwhelming WhatsApp groups 😂 Just a calm, welcoming space with activities, real connections and women who genuinely get it.

I’d love to have you join us if it sounds like your kind of thing. 🤍 No pressure at all, i just know how easy it is for us mums to put ourselves last, and I hope this can be a space where we make a little time for ourselves too. 🫶🏼
