Pumpin for my preemie

With my son, I rarely had to pump. Mostly just to empty myself if he fell asleep which was rare.

Now, my daughter is in the NICU and she’s a micropreemie so I have to exclusively pump for at least the next 7 weeks.

Ladies - my nipples are RAW. I’ve seen lactation multiple times a day, my doctor called in an ointment to treat, and I’ve tried multiple different pumps including manual, but not any wearable yet.

SOS. The only pain relief I get is ice packs in the bra to numb everything.

Any ideas?? Any other exclusive pumpers with elastic nipples who found ways to tolerate the pain?
