Preeclampsia without high BP?

Ive been in and out of the hospital the last week because of sudden symptoms starting the 8th. I have a ton of gallstones that explained some of it but so many of my labs are hinting at preeclampsia but nothing severe enough for a diagnosis. Has anyone had an induction or diagnosis of preeclampsia without the high BP?? I feel so stuck
