Are these bites or a virus?
My 3 year old came in from the garden and these spots started appearing all over him! Not sure if he’s been bitten by something nasty in the garden or it’s chicken pox.
He’s quite happy in himself, no sign of fever, they don’t seem to be uncontrollably itchy, although he has scratched a couple already. They seem to be appearing as the day goes on ☹️
