About Stretch and Sweep
Can you book in for a stretch and sweep with hospital at 39 weeks due to low Papp-A was on asprin till 36 weeks and been having lower back pain and slight cramps now and then in the Lower stomach

I’ve got low Pappa too and was on the aspirin & i’ve been offered one at my 39 week appointment next week so i’m sure if you mention it to the midwife they could? She told me they allow them from 39 weeks!
FYI there's no risk related to the birth with low papp-A (I have it too).
Regardless, they can do a sweep from 39 weeks but they don't 'like' to because they can only do 2 or 3 of them total due to infection risk, and they say there's no point doing them too early and it makes no difference so then it's a waste. That's what my midwife said when I asked anyway! So I booked one in for just before 40 weeks. It probably depends on the midwife you ask x
