No poo😔

What? No poop in 2 weeks ?
Is he formula fed or breastfed ?
For breastfed I have read it is normal to poop once in 7 days too.
If formula fed and not pooped in 3-4 days giving some water helps.
Keep following up with doctors
What doctors saying ?

He is in both feeding
Should l give him water?
Doctor nothing say just continue they medicine that’s it as l giving him this medication from 8 weeks till now 12 weeks he started this problem in 8 weeks after his job l don’t know what to do😔

My first one was formula fed , doctor told us to give few sips of water if not pooped in 3-4 days.
We never had to give her medicine, water worked for us, we use to give few sips from 4th day. Please check with doctor if they recommend same for your baby.
Also if possible try reducing formula and increase breastmilk and see if that helps.

Also in nhs you need to follow up a lot and show them your concerns or urgency.

Bicycle legs: Gently cycle your baby's legs toward their tummy while they are lying down.
Tummy massage: Use your fingertips to massage your baby's belly in a gentle, clockwise, circular motion.
Warm bath: A warm bath can help relax your baby's abdominal muscles.
Extra fluids: If advised by your GP, you can offer small amounts of cooled, boiled water between feeds, but only do so under medical guidance for a 12-week-old.
