Hand in mouth all day all night

My boy is 9 weeks old and the last couple days he is OBSESSED with his hands they are in his mouth 24h . Wakes me up at night thinking he is vomiting with the noise but no he is just sucking on his hand and even get upset.. i feed him and straight away boom get his hand in his mouth .. my first baby had her first tooth at 3 and a half months but my second at 12 months 🥹 so aint no way he is starting teething . Anyone else ?

Yeah he shoves his hand in so violently he nearly makes himself sick. Sucks on it like it’s a nipple 😂 has the boob and tries to stick a finger in alongside my nipple..nightmare!
