If I had intercourse 8 July, when I think I was potentially ovulating around that time - when should I test? Is it still too early? That was 11 days ago today. X

The day after your missed period is my recommendation. Any earlier and you risk hormone levels not being high enough. Use the first morning's pee. You can get tests that sat they're reliable 6 days early, but if you read the fine print, they're less guaranteed percentage wise and even recommend the day after a missed period for more accurate results.

I agree with Ruth. I know some people get a positive result before their period but its true about the percentage being less. With both of my pregnancies I tested negative one or two days before my period but on the day of/day after I got my positive results x
Thank you both @Nadia @Ruth
I was due on my period 13 July which hasn't come - but I had an infection and was on antibiotics during the time I would of ovulated so I think it got delayed! I then had my typical ovulation signs (fertile cm, pain) around the 8th July and we so had sex - should be due on my period 23rd July so I will wait to test again then? X
