Hand foot and mouth
LO woke up with HFM yesterday and, although he's fine within himself and hasn't had a temperature, he's off his food and screams every time he has a dirty nappy because of all the blisters on his bottom. I know there's not much we can do, but if your LO has had it, did you find any cream that helped, or any spray for their mouth?

We’re in the same boat. We’re just sudocresm every nappy, and alternative Calpol and nurofen 🙏 xx
We used calomine cream for little one bum and the poxin for chicken pox moouse been lifesaver got mine through it xx my little one didnt eat her tonsils where swollen they gave me throat spray at hospital fot her xx
Difflam spray xx
I swear by sudocrem for any soreness / cuts / scrapes. My crazy Nan even used to put it on her cats 😂😂 x
Difflam spray on a cold dummy!! Honestly HFM was hell for us as he was covered head to toe with a temp of 40 👎🏻
