Almost week 2 and some bloody show going on but still intact.

7 days

Took my baby 3 weeks

my boys fell off at 13 days old mid breastfeed lol he unlatched and it was off

5 days

10 days

4 days with my first and about 6 days with my second x

My sons came off at like 2-3wks

If maybe ask the doctor if it’s bleeding and doesn’t look like how is has in the past. Have you kept it dry and not bathed or soaked the area. A lot of people put rubbing alcohol on it to help dry it out.

It also kind of looks like he’ll have an outie belly button so maybe that’s why it’s like that
