As someone who grew up in a semi detached with 2 bed and a tiny box room. 3 humans and a small cat was enough, can’t imagine adding 2 more cats and a dog. Too small for humans and animals.
Depends on the actual size of the house. I’ve seen large houses of this capacity and very small houses of this capacity. Also depends on the amount of occupants
Our house was a 2 bed semi when we bought it and we have four large dogs 🤷♀️
