Birthday plans for a couple and a toddler with a baby ?

My birthday is in a couple weeks and my husband will be out of town day of so I’m just trying to get a couple ideas of something we could do as a family the weekend prior or after to celebrate. We don’t really do gifts so more of a experience for ideas

Aquarium, pool or beach, interactive science museum, lunch or dinner at a place that has an outdoor play area (bonus points if it’s also a brewery), make crafts for mommy at home. Really depends on what you like to do but maybe this could get your brain train working on some ideas 🤷🏼‍♀️
