If you have a drivers license, did you pass the written part of the test on the first try?

Not sure if other countries have a written part and a driving part or how it works outside the US

This might be an unpopular opinion but if you fail the written or driving part, I think you should have to practice more or do another class or something.

My cousin’s kid took the written part 4 times before he passed! You only have to wait a day before trying again in my state. It’s crazy!

Yup! Both times 🤣 my license expired during covid. And I had to take the test again because our dmv was literally closed for over a year and I went over the time frame to just simply renew.

I passed the written (computer) test with flying colors. It took me 3 and 2 vehicles (failed me for running a yellow light instead of slowing down (keep that in mind) and for hitting a snow bank trying to parallel parking. Got in higher vehicle and could see better. I cannot drive low sitting vehicle too short. I have to have a booster seat to drive my mans (we bought it with a sunk in seat cannot see past the steering wheel 😂

We have a theory test in the UK, maybe it's similar in the US, you sit at a computer and go through a series of questions and videos where you need to spot hazards and such. I hated it so much and was surprised I passed first time tbh. I get such bad exam anxiety 😅

glucose test

to the mamas who got their glucose test done already or remember from a previous pregnancy, how long did your results take to come back? i’m impatient and trying to see how long this could take. i’ve never waited for than 24hr for any results but here i am 5hr post bloodwork and so impatient. most the time i get results same day but idk

Dying!!

I an 18 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby and feel 30 weeks! God it’s killing me already I’m not even half way! Anyone else?

Glucose Test

Got my glucose test next week after my 26 week appointment today where I stated I am extremely thirsty. This is the only warning sign I can think as to why they would test for GD. I’m currently consultant led for previous pregnancies small size so now thought of GD seems contradictory!

Any advice on test, or comments on why they are testing for it?

First baby after trying for 18 months

Heya, just wondering if it took anyone else a while to get pregnant? This is my first pregnancy so I don't know what to expect. I am so excited and want to tell everyone but also apprehensive to wait until the 12 weeks. I'm redundant ATM and meant to be starting my teacher training course in September. Just hoping they still let me do it. 😞

Baby dropped?

36w today, does my belly look like it has dropped? I feel so much pressure and dull pains in my lower belly I can’t take it no more so I’m looking at every possible thing to suggest an early labour😭
I just need someone from outside to judge because i don’t know anymore x

Anxiety for lack of movement today

This will be my 3rd baby, since about 14 weeks ive been very fortunate to have the feeling of bubbles in my belly, im now almost 17 weeks, since the weeks have gone on ive had constant very noticeable movements of the baby with each week being more obvious, been so fortunate.
Today ive not noticed any, I have a very big history or loss, 9 miscarriages I total, one being a missed miscarriage at 3months last year, so lack of movements today is driving me to think the worst. I have my appointment with my midwife on Friday so will hear the heartbeat for the first time then (all being well) but i have no phone number for my midwife or anything? The badger app doesnt give any numbers or message options either. I know babys dont always move when you want, but im just scared especially after finally announcing to family/friends and being so excited after so much loss.
