Walk suggestions
Hey all!
I’m not greatly familiar with Barnsley as I moved here not long ago, does anyone have any recommendations for pram friendly walks? I can drive so happy to travel a moderate distance, I live near Cudworth ☺️ Thanks!

We like Newmillerdam, that’s a nice walk and there’s a nice cafe and a decent pub too
newmillerdam and elsecar park near the heritage centre are two of our favourites - elsecar also has a little playground- can get tea/coffee, food, ice cream, just beyond playground is a lake with lots of ducks and geese. I also like wentworth castle gardens and wentworth garden centre (has a secret garden part), some parts aren't very accessible tho so we use baby carrier, but just thought I'd mention bc its something little different than walking among trees - their cafe and farm shop/ gift shop are amazing too
