Heat & smoke!

Hi everyone! I am just looking for suggestions for this heat wave and smoke. We don’t have AC. Since it’s a level 5, I am not able to open the windows to even get a breeze. Baby is sweating and I got him down to diaper.. I put iced water in front of a fan pointing away from him. I am not sure what else to do! He won’t sleep! Thanks in advance!

I bought an air purifier from Amazon and plan on returning it and getting a refund after this passes so, no money lost. You could do this with an AC unit too maybe!
