HELP 4 month old baby out of control

My baby just turned 4 months and she suddenly only wants to be held and using my breasts as a pacifier or else she screams hysterically. Is anyone experiencing a sudden change in their baby’s behaviour?

Just hit 5 months today and yes went through a similar situation… I chalked it up to being a growth spurt and change in sleep schedule (dropping a nap)
