I would recommend starting to work with a pelvic floor therapist during pregnancy to keep it as smooth as possible. You got this

Completely understand what you may be feeling. I became pregnant just about 5 months after my second baby. I was in denial disbelief for SO long. But everything worked out so beautifully and I couldn’t be happier with my 3 boys 🥰

Definitely do some pelvic floor exercises though! Feel free to dm me if you ever need to vent or anything 🫶🏾

Midwife appointments

I'm 36 weeks on Thursday and I've been having appointments every 3 weeks since being 26 weeks. This time my midwife cancelled my home visit last week and it will be 4 weeks since I last saw anyone, I'm a FTM and feel abit anxious as I don't know what's normal and how I should be feeling and what to expect at this point of pregnancy. I also don't have a birth plan in place and nothing has been discussed re getting baby out and I've got 4 weeks left until due date, I'm absolutely terrified about birth and have been even before being pregnant.

Just wondering how often people with no complications are seeing their midwife at this point of pregnancy and when you all discussed birth plans. Baby girl is also measuring in the 90 percentile and I've had no growth scans, is this normal?

Hoping for some comfort as I'm going into panic mode the closer we get!

Belly looks lower at 33 weeks

I’m 33 weeks today with twins and I am almost certain my belly is much lower. Has anyone else noticed theirs is lower at this stage?

What do i buy first?!

I’m only 10weeks so don’t want to go all in but i also really really want to start getting some bits, looking at pregnancy pillows and bump bars etc. What did you guys buy first and did you go shopping or order online?!

Slow down!

It has officially been 2 months since my girl was born and it makes me so sad because it feels like it was just yesterday!

When did you go with your first vs your second?

Just curious what the average difference is. I went at 40+2 with my first and 40+3 with my second
