I found a croissant with prosciutto and brie and I really want it. How strict are y’all with your diet? I’ve been pretty good.

I eat deli meat occasionally but my obgyn always seems more concerned about soft cheese so I don’t eat anything in that category

I eat deli meat. Soft cheese idk. I think it depends on where you get it from. If it’s been sitting out for a while then maybe not. But if it’s been cooked and you could even maybe heat it up then I’d do it

I ate cured meats while on vacation in Italy and deli meats from the restaurant my husband and I own but not from anywhere else. You're more likely to get sick from fresh vegetables from the grocery store 🤷♀️

I’d choose a different cheese but I ate deli meat my whole pregnancy. I only got the fresh meat and cheese from the counter. My baby had no adverse reaction.

You can probably ask if its pasteurized cheese. I always asked for sandwiches heated up if I wanted deli meat

I ate a slice of pizza that had prosciutto and balsamic vinegar on it during my pregnancy, it didn't do any harm to my babies

I’m in the third trimester. I’ve been craving deli meat sandwiches. I just heat them up in the oven or on the stove and enjoy.

I ate what I wanted
Most of the foods I like weren’t on the list regardless
But the foods I did like that were on the list I was just more cognizant of where it got sourced
Like sushi
