What else can I do?

I’ve reported my child’s dad for neglect on several occasions. I’ve done so anonymously due to abuse I’d get if he ever found out . Do I need to go also seek legal advice? I do not want to hand her over for contact anymore . I am extremely disgusted with the things I’ve found out & not sure where else to turn at this point. Any advice? Thanks!
