I work from home and could not cope today. I went to my local Costa for 4 hours to use their wifi and sit in their air con 😂😂😂

I have a cooler infront of me 24/7

Windows and curtains are shut all day...fans are blowing.. im still melting. 17 month old is going stir crazy as we cant go to the park etc. 14yr old is a miserable sod as we "haven't even done anything this summer holidays!"
Dogs can't spend any length of time in garden as they are suffering too. Im doing bare minimum to just stay alive 🤣

It's disgusting! Very reassuring that it's not just me that feels like I'm dying😂 Trying to just sit naked in front of the fan as much as possible but not very realistic with a 19 month old🥲 Looks like this is the last of the heat waves so hopefully we'll all be feeling a little better soon!

Ac on, spray water bottle, tinfoil in windows (I live in an upstairs apartment), barely any clothes on and not going anywhere. Feeling guilty for my toddler staying indoors but I'm wayyyy too hot and pregnant to move

33 weeks pregnant and i think im dying😂

All jokes aside..anyone feel a bit gutted like they've been cheated out of a nice summer being pregnant and wearing flowy dresses and going to fetes and bbqs etc. Just feel like a prisoner in my own home at the moment. All my other babies have been winter time so I was really looking forward to being pregnant in nice weather...not volcanic weather. When I saw at the beginning of the week it would be another heatwave again I must admit I did have a little cry to my partner and then felt pathetic because its not something I can help. Just infuriating and I want to feel fresh and not like a sweaty mess
