Hi this is my first time posting in this chat or really in general I think. We experienced a stillbirth with my daughter in March 2026, she was supposed to be my "April 2026 Baby". I never experienced a loss like this and it hurts, extremely. I'm not sure where to post this or if I even should.
No one talks about how much it hurts to leave the groups on here and not being able to join the groups you should've been joining. I was in April 2026 Babies and then had to leave because I knew these people would be posting their babies. I can't join First Time Moms because do I even qualify now?
Its so hard, we're ttc now and have been for about 4 months. It took us 4 months with our daughter so I'm praying this cycle but I feel so worn out and beat. I didn't think I'd be TTC so soon because I thought I'd have my daughter here with me.
TLTR: I guess I just need advice on ttc and how to not burn out (don't say don't focus on it)

I’m so sorry for your loss. I haven’t experienced a stillbirth, so I can’t imagine that pain. I have lost two embryos through IVF, and with their due dates coming and going, I understand some of that hesitation around which groups you belong in. Your feelings are completely valid. I think it was incredibly strong of you to share this, especially while still grieving and TTC again. I’m praying for you and truly hoping this next chapter brings you everything you’ve been praying for.

I hope you are at the point where you can find a little joy in the small things 💕 I experienced a stillbirth at full term in July 2025 and it is truly the worst thing me and my partner have ever had to live with. Nothing takes the pain away but I do want you to know that the days get easier. But your baby never leaves you 🤍 in terms of TTC after such a loss - I feel you, it is tough and feels like so much is hanging on it every month, but also the guilt of trying again. It took us 7 months of TTC to conveice our rainbow baby and honestly that last one before we conceived - I was ready to give up. Mentally it drained me so I started doing things I’d given up on that I had put on the backburner - running, socialising etc. As a distraction. There is no way to “not think about it” because you have to 😅 when people say that I laugh. But I’m rooting for you 🤍 DMs are always open if you need to chat x
