Neocate - how long for reflux to resolve?

We saw some improvement instantly but took a few weeks for him to seem better completely xxx

My little one had has gerd. Found neocate after 10 other formulas failed. Still needed to use famotidine and thicken her formula with oatmeal. After thickening we were able to go off the meds until she started solids. Certain foods cause her Gerd to act up at night as does any trial of dairy right now. She went from 6 months to 14 months without famotidine, just thickening the formula. She tolerates water ok, but something in the formulas and now slow transition to oatmilk still cause silent reflux.

I feel like it took about a few days to a week to really see a difference. 2- 3 weeks and a huge difference was seen.
