Doesn’t want to wear a helmet
My boy has a scooter which he’s only just recently learnt how to ride it and he’s getting a balance bike for his birthday butttt.. he will not wear his helmet.
So it means we never go outside to play on the scooter and I fear he won’t when he gets his bike.
How do I get him to wear it???
I’m also having trouble fitting the helmet on his head because he won’t stay still then gets annoyed.
Will insert a picture .. I think I have to tighten the chin straps but he just won’t let me 😩😩😩

The helmet is tilted really far back, the front should be on his forehead. Google how to properly fit a bike helmet and you'll see how it should go.
Does he have any friends/cousins/siblings who wear helmets and ride their bikes or scooters? Perhaps he could spend time with them and get to see that they can ride only if they wear their helmets and he can only ride if he wears his. Maybe some kind of sticker chart to encourage wearing it. Or could he pick his own special helmet at the shop, like with a favourite character on (my son loves his Spiderman helmet!)
