Please can someone give me a good way over making overnight oats that are healthy but tasty and also fill you up for a good amount of time but let’s off energy 🙈🤣
Not too much to ask I know but I’ve never made them before or tried them and I really want to start loosing some weight 🤦🏼♀️

You need a good brand of oats I say Quaker and a good thick high quality yogurt maybe vanilla flavour or strawberry or protein yogurt depending on what you like
Mix them in a sealed container overnight in the fridge then next morning add fruit to the top I enjoy strawberries or any of your choice x

i use high protein oats you can get them in tesco! i use greek yogurt! usually honey but depending on what you like! i add a scoop of my protein powder and add in my fruit, in the morning because i usually think the fruit can be slimy if i leave them in overnight with my oats ! xx

Try mixing frozen blueberries and lemon zest in. Soooo good & cheap. Also using strained yogurt will allow you to up the protein content without powders. Most strained yogurt if you around 10g protein per 100g. Could top with some seeds for added energy / keep you full for longer.
